Cynthia Care exists to provide young people with:

• Safe, stable residential homes
• Emotional support and structure
• Mentorship and guidance

Every young person deserves stability, safety, respect, guidance, opportunity, and hope.

Many young people entering care face:

• Poor mental health
• Lack of structure and support
• Limited educational opportunities
• Risk of homelessness
• Isolation
• Vulnerability to crime and exploitation

Cynthia Care aims to provide the kind of environment that helps young people move toward adulthood with confidence, dignity, and stability.

This funding will help us:

• Prepare and renovate the property
• Furnish the home to a high standard
• Create safe and welcoming living spaces
• Cover initial staffing costs
• Meet registration and compliance requirements
• Establish operational infrastructure
• Provide essential support for the first young people entering the home

This is the initial “leg up” needed to launch Cynthia Care successfully.

Our long-term vision is to:

• Establish successful residential homes across Yorkshire
• Expand into at least five cities
• Maintain consistent standards of care and mentorship
• Build a respected reputation for outstanding youth support
• Eventually transition from renting properties to owning homes outright

Cynthia Care is designed to become financially sustainable through residential care placements and ongoing service provision once operational.
