Who we are
Cynthia Care is a not-for-profit organisation based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. Our charitable registration is currently pending; once registered, our charity number will be displayed here and in our footer. You can contact us at info@cynthiacarehome.co.uk.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide via forms or email (name, email, phone, message).
- Donation information processed by our payment partner Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected via privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and support requests.
- To process donations and send you a receipt.
- To send updates you have opted in to receive.
- To improve our website and understand how it is used.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (for marketing communications), the performance of a contract (to process a donation), and our legitimate interests (to keep the website running securely and improve it).
Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example Stripe (payments) and our website hosting provider. All partners are bound by data processing agreements.
